UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ANIMATION STORE

For this 4,000 SF retail environment, we partnered with Universal Studios to create a themed experience inspired by the legacy of the original Universal Animation Studio. Drawing from 1930s Streamlined Moderne and Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, the design references iconic Los Angeles landmarks while celebrating the craft of early animation.

Custom branding, signage, fixtures, hand-stenciled graphics, and faux finishes were developed to create an immersive yet understated backdrop, allowing colorful merchandise to remain the focal point while reinforcing a cohesive brand experience.
