In West Yellowstone, we partnered with Delaware North Parks and Resorts to transform an underperforming hotel restaurant into a destination dining experience. Collaborating with chef and mixologist Kathy Casey, we created The Branch, a “Gourmet Cowboy Restaurant” centered around Open Range Cuisine and an inventive menu of elevated trail food. Our scope included brand development, interiors, and culinary storytelling, using rustic materials and bold contemporary graphics to capture the spirit of the American West while enhancing the experience of visiting one of the country’s premier national park destinations.
