Developed in partnership with Delaware North, this restaurant concept for Chef Masaharu Morimoto brought a contemporary interpretation of Japanese yakitori to Los Angeles International Airport. 

To capture the warmth and energy of a traditional izakaya within a busy airport setting, the design paired reclaimed wood, natural steel, and custom bar elements with bold graphics and visual storytelling. The resulting environment celebrates Morimoto’s fusion of culinary heritage and innovation while creating a distinctive dining destination within Terminal 5.
