For Oracle’s Santa Monica headquarters, Ripbang drew inspiration from the culture and character of the nearby Santa Monica–Venice corridor to create a workplace rooted in its surroundings. Rather than relying solely on corporate branding, the environmental graphics program embraces the area’s creative energy, beach culture, and local identity. A playful graphic language layers neighborhood references with Oracle’s mission and values, creating moments of discovery throughout the workplace while fostering a stronger connection between employees, the brand, and the community.
