As part of a multi-year workplace branding initiative, Ripbang developed a flexible design framework for Oracle offices across dozens of floors and locations. Rather than applying a uniform corporate aesthetic, the program adapts to each region, drawing on local culture, history, and context to shape the workplace experience. 

Environmental graphics, branded interiors, and placemaking elements work together to express Oracle’s identity while giving each office its own character. The approach creates environments that strengthen company culture, support employee engagement, and foster a meaningful connection to place.
