At Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, Lucky Louie Fish Shack translates the character of the Pacific Northwest into a memorable dining experience for travelers. Inspired by the iconic Lucky Louie fishing lure, the brand draws from the region’s fishing heritage while incorporating materials, textures, and colors influenced by Seattle’s architecture and grunge-era culture. Developed in partnership with chef and mixologist Kathy Casey, the project included brand identity, interiors, signage, and environmental design, creating a cohesive restaurant experience that reflects the energy and authenticity of Seattle.
