Project Description

GAF consolidated its multi-building campus into a new corporate headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, creating an opportunity to redefine the employee experience and strengthen its position as an employer of choice. A key objective was attracting and retaining top scientific and technical talent that might otherwise be drawn to opportunities in New York City.

Working with NELSON and GAF’s leadership team, BangMac developed a comprehensive environmental graphics program that transformed the headquarters into a workplace reflecting the company’s culture of innovation, technical expertise, and industry leadership. The program included custom site and building graphics, employee messaging, an Innovation Center exhibit, artwork, and a complete interior and exterior wayfinding system.

Rather than relying solely on architecture, the environmental graphics helped tell GAF’s story, celebrating its history, showcasing its research and innovation, and creating a workplace employees could take pride in. The result is a headquarters that strengthens recruitment, reinforces company culture, and provides a memorable experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
