Developed in partnership with Delaware North and the Gilmore Companies, this restaurant and market concept for Los Angeles International Airport draws inspiration from the iconic Original Farmers Market at Fairfax and 3rd. Celebrated local food vendors and a curated grab-and-go market bring a distinctly Los Angeles flavor to the airport experience. 

Layered graphics, warm materials, and playful signage evoke the character of historic market stalls, while branding, packaging, and environmental design work together to create a sense of place within one of the country’s busiest travel hubs.
