Project Description

Alta Oficina is a contemporary office campus in El Segundo, California, anchored by the North American headquarters of EVA Air and a collection of individually owned office condominiums designed for entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses. Ripbang was commissioned to develop the destination identity, creating the project name, brand strategy, visual identity, brand guidelines, website, and comprehensive wayfinding signage program.

Named by Ripbang, Alta Oficina establishes a distinctive identity that reflects craftsmanship, innovation, and the evolving nature of the modern workplace. The campus includes office condominiums ranging from approximately 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, providing ownership opportunities for businesses at every stage of growth while creating a vibrant community of independent companies.

In addition to the campus identity, Ripbang designed the interiors and environmental graphics for EVA Air’s two-story North American headquarters, integrating the airline’s global brand with the architecture and workplace environment. Together, the destination branding, wayfinding, and workplace graphics create a cohesive experience that strengthens the property’s identity while reinforcing EVA Air’s presence in North America.
